Welcome

Spring Farm was established more than 60 years ago. Originally owned by my husband's parents, we're proud to continue caring for the farm while adding our own chapter to its story.

Like many small family farms, Spring Farm is woven into our everyday lives. We both have full-time careers, so most evenings and weekends are spent caring for the animals, tending the land, or working on the next project. During the summer months, when I'm away from the classroom, I have the opportunity to spend even more time on the farm.

Alongside the lavender, you'll find hay fields, sheep, horses, chickens, honey bees, vegetables, flowers, and even loofah—each adding its own character to Spring Farm.

No two seasons on the farm are ever quite the same. One day we're repairing fences, baling hay, or caring for the sheep; the next we're planting something new, building another display, or dreaming up our next project. A farm is never really finished, and that's part of what makes this life so rewarding.

Thank you for visiting Spring Farm. We hope you'll visit us at one of our farmers markets or follow along as Spring Farm continues to grow.

Hay

Haymaking has been a family tradition at Spring Farm for generations. "You gotta make hay when the sun shines."

Our first cutting is harvested in early summer, followed by a second cutting in fall.

Round  bales are offered for sale while supplies last and are stored dry in our barn until pickup.

Lavender

Each summer, our lavender is harvested by hand and carefully bundled at its peak. Once dried, it becomes the foundation for many of the products we create here on the farm.

We offer dried lavender bundles, bouquets, and handcrafted wreaths each season while supplies last.

Lavender Products

We also use lavender to create a small collection of handcrafted products inspired by life on the farm.

We currently offer lavender sachets, linen spray, handcrafted soaps, and (the "Ohhh so needed) relaxing foot soaks.

Each product is made in small batches using quality ingredients and scented with the calming fragrance of lavender oil.

Lamb

Our sheep flock has long been an important part of Spring Farm!

While most of our lambs are sold through the local livestock auction, we also offer farm-direct sales throughout the year as animals become available.

Please call ahead for current pricing and availability. Our next lambs are expected to be available in Spring 2027.

Honey

Ray's father first introduced beekeeping to the farm, and we're proud to continue that tradition today.

Each year, we harvest a limited supply of raw honey from our hives and bottle it here on the farm.

Honey is available seasonally while supplies last.
